Doesn’t seem like it's limited to lunch. Just hard to tell sometimes with lunch in their name and mentioning it a few times it can be hard to differentiate from an actual lunch time only promotion.

All days are made up to sell stuff. Only days I take seriously are ones that are public holidays.
the only holidays i take seriously are the ones hat give me a day off.
The last time I ate there, I was paying too much for rice with tiny portion of meats or salmon. Not a good value. But buy one get one offer might take me there.
