Yep, the font used for the codes is pretty bad. 0/O and I/1 are both too similar. Text recognition struggled.
Not the dreaded Tim Tam short! I was given full cream instead of lactose free milk on weekend haha. A free chocolate block helped though haha.
Remember to raise any and all issues with your Coles order. They'll automatically credit your account 90% of the time, but occasionally they do ask for photos to prove the issue, so I always snap pics of anything wrong when I'm unloading the groceries.
This includes if there are some off grapes in my bunch, raspberries that come looking too limp and soggy, etc. If I would have picked a different version in the store that looks more fresh, then it's something I claim.
Also they've been quietly overcharging me lately for produce - I order 5x apples, and there are 6 in my order, etc. I claim it as 'damage' on their form as there's no option for other issues. Sometimes they've pushed back saying the picker is going for the estimated weight, but I still hold that if you give me the option to choose a specific number of pieces, that's what I should be charged for. Genuinely believe they're trying to milk a few extra dollars out of my shop by adding an extra piece of each.
Yeah I've been reporting and getting credits. Have had some shocking iceberg lettuce a few times!
