APPMAV88

More discount deals from Telstra, was supposed to expire @ 7PM AEST, limit 2000 redemptions according to app.

I wonder if they're clearing stock in hand for stuff with low sales?

    Maybe worth $30

    • +2

Maybe not, but I think it's a good budget friendly gift.

      • $159 is way too overpriced and I'm scared to think people actually bought it at that price

        • No one is going to pay 159 for this.

  • +10

Just ordered 21 pairs, might get more.

How these codes are getting leaked?

    • Tell s raw

    • +1

This one was released today, the pixel phone/buds were leaked (unless they were announced earlier 28 or 29th April, I missed out on those days)

      • Any special website to get these codes

        • Nah, just the telstra app, they drop it daily at 5pm aest

          • @Arcticviper: Goodness. I download the app now. Thats some crazy deals opening publicly

  • +11

I already have unused power bank, unused wireless charger and unused speaker, since all 3 are together in a single device, might buy it and still keep it in cupboard

    • -1

Ohh this one has 3 in one?

      • +1

        Read the OP
"Bluetooth speaker, wireless charger and 10,050 mAH powerbank all in one."

        • Beautiful

        • Can we sync and connect 2 speakers at the same time?

    • +1

It’s part of the “app o’clock” thing in Telstra app. The promo code pops out between 5-7pm AEST every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday until 16 May.

  • Thanks OP, got one for the gifting shelf

  • happened to be opening ozb just as this deal landed, and actually got it for once! perfect as I am about to take a trip and having a combo device like this will save me having to carry multiple devices.

  • Can't really find any info or reviews on it so might give it a miss.

  • Ugh, tried for 15 mins to get one, but kept getting the "Unable to Process order" message each time. Did everything right in the payment page but to no avail. :(

  • Code has expired :(

  • Code expired…

  • Promo code has expired.

Tried on iOS from Telstra phone app and then in Safari. Expired code error on both

  • Kept getting code expired in the Telstra app but tried via browser by applying the code before logging into my Telstra account and it worked perfectly.

Used Telstra Plus points which would have expired at the end of this month anyway.

    Thanks OP, great deal!

  • Lol, tried few other things on their site and cannot use more codes on their site. Dod APPMAV88 for speaker. and APPAPP88 for apple things. Seems to be a common factor on codes.

    • Do they work?

      • Nah, not the ones I tried..

  • Ah damn. I’ve never seen a hybrid one like this, and just yesterday was thinking I need a small speaker for our upcoming holiday this would have been perfect! If anyone got trigger happy I’ll gladly take it off your hands.

  • Regarding these deals how long has this been running never knew they was selling stuff cheaper or stuff they say cost more on a deal.
I clicked on a soundbar it never gave you any info or what brand etc no info at all I went out and went back into desk no longer available to me says you get one chance only lol

    • I’m just writing up the post now for that one.

  • Just received mine and tested. Sound quality not very good. Haven't tested power bank or wireless charging yet

  • Sound quality is average. Worse than the Nokia Bluetooth speaker

There's two charging outputs, USB-C (5V/2A) and USB-A (USB 5V/2A). apparently supports 18w fast charging but haven't got any equipment to test the output currents

    • Yeah, normal wireless showed 1hr 15min and fast 45mins on S25 @50% current capacity.

  • It’s very ordinary. Something you would let your teenage kid gift it to another kid on a birthday

  • Mine arrived today, sound quality is below average, louder than a phone speaker but sounds horrible, having said that definitely worth $19 but no more.

  • Ordered 1 but received 2 today for $19 lol.

  • As a wireless charger/powerbank, it's pretty cool.
I wouldn't be using it exclusively as a wireless speaker, sound is average.
    For $19, it's great. For $159, they're kidding.

  • Got a notification saying mine had arrived and looks like it’s been delivered in an entirely different state.

    • +2

Probably for the best…will save you from the disappointment. :-)

  • This POS suddenly stopped working today

    • Return it so, under warranty.
