  • Looks like the Anker one

  • What is the limit on powerbank at Sydney International Airport?

Also consider where you are flying back from if returning with a unit

Well said. I lost a normal 20k powerbank overseas at a small airport recently where the security officer didn't allow it due to "security concerns". I have used it for many of my trips previously. It was too late to have an argument or convince them. Heard such stories from multiple folks already. I think Airport security teams are on high alert these days on checking backpacks. You can't cancel your trip to save a powerbank so sadly that ended up in an ewaste bin.

I 'lost' a set of AirPods flying out of Queenstown NZ to Sydney. They were removed from my checked luggage and a note added to my bag advising of the removal. Got tricker after contacting customer on how to retrieve which resulted in my getting back there within 1 year or they would be 'disposed'.

    • 100wh. So this is fine at 72wh.

    Holy keywords, Batman!

That description triggered like nine (9) saved searches for me.

    Not bhed, good proice!

    Thanks, grabbed one.

  • what power sources can it be recharged from? 5vD C, 12vDC? 240vAC? 110vAC?

    • +1

Charges using USB PD over type C. So any phone charger pretty much preferably a 65W or higher one for max speed.

  • Can this be taken onto a flight?

    • Qantas' website say you can take on batteries up to 160Wh.

      • +1

Keep in mind that this weights 480g

        • Yikes, didnt see that!

  • How does UGreen compare to Anker for the equivalent powerbank? Same same?

  • +1

Seems like an odd size (physical dimensions) for a power bank does it not?

Not a criticism so much as an observation. I do prefer the slim typical design as this wouldn't fit in the bag pocket where I carry my two 20,000mAh chargers currently.

  • Great unit. Have one myself.

  • I've done some google search and Airplane standards are at 100w charging and 20000 mah batter capacity. Is this right? Otherwise I am keen to get this

    • Sorry, I noticed it's wattage hour and not watt charging speed. Disregard.

  • Any reason to get this over the mini iniu one other than the 30w of extra total power output and screen?

  • fully charging iPhone 15 4 times

DEVICE-charging efficiency capture the lower loss YOUR-device also, & not just the power-loss @ power-bank.

Allowing for rounding errors & confirming DEVICE-charging efficiency ~ 60%: 'That’s an average efficiency rate of around 60 percent', https://www.engadget.com/computing/accessories/best-power-ba…

    DEVICE charging calculation: 3.58 = ( 20000 / 3349 ) * ~ 0.6 DEVICE-charging efficiency. iPhone15 battery 3349 mAh

FACT-checking: feel free to test the above findings.
